Summary
HealthLumio reads health data from Apple Health and shows it exclusively on your device. There is no account, no server, no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools and no third-party services. The developer receives none of your data.
What data is processed
Health data from Apple Health. With your permission, HealthLumio reads the data types you allow in Apple Health (e.g. steps, heart rate, sleep, blood pressure, body measurements, workouts). Processing takes place only on your device. HealthLumio does not write any data to Apple Health. You can change access at any time in the Health app under Profile → Apps → HealthLumio.
Settings. Goals, profile details (age, gender – only for the VO₂ max classification and heart rate zones), units, display settings and the order of the vitals are stored locally on the device.
iCloud sync. Activity and sleep goals, appearance, units, the multi-month chart view, animation and haptics settings and the vitals order are synced between your devices via the iCloud key-value store of your Apple Account. Health values, age, gender and weight goal are not synced. Storage in iCloud is provided by Apple; the developer has no access to it. Apple’s privacy policy applies.
Widgets. The widgets read Apple Health on your iPhone or iPad. So that they can show something even when the device is locked, the most recently read state (e.g. rings, steps, vitals, sleep duration) is stored in a protected area on the device that only HealthLumio can access; it is excluded from device backups. On the Mac, macOS shows your iPhone’s widgets – they are generated by the iPhone, and the data does not leave it. Widget values may be visible on the Lock Screen; depending on your settings, iOS hides them while the device is locked.
This website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, creates no usage profiles and loads no content from third parties (not even external fonts).
Hosting. The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. To deliver a page to your browser at all, the server necessarily processes your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested file and the browser identifier. No access logs (server logs) are kept for this website. Solely to defend against attacks and abuse, ALL-INKL.COM retains the full IP address for no more than seven days and then deletes it automatically. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with ALL-INKL.COM.
If you write to us by email, we process your message and your email address only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them as soon as they are no longer needed.
Legal basis (app)
Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give through Health access and can withdraw at any time. Since no data is transmitted to the developer, no storage takes place on the developer’s side.
Retention and deletion
All locally stored data is deleted when you remove HealthLumio from your device. You can manage values in the iCloud key-value store through the iCloud settings of your Apple Account.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Since the developer receives none of your data, you can exercise most of these rights directly on your device (Health access, deleting the app).
